Session Confirmation: You will receive an email shortly confirming the details of your scheduled session, including the date, time, and subject. It will also include links to reschedule or cancel your session.
Session Link: A personalized Google Meet link will be sent to you via email 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Simply click the link in your email to join your session at the scheduled time.
Session Reminder: As a friendly reminder, you'll receive an automated text and email 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please confirm promptly to ensure your session will not get automatically canceled by our system.
15-Minute Discovery Call: As soon as the session ends, a member of our team will call you to answer any questions and help build the perfect roadmap for your child.
To help us provide the best support for all students, please confirm your child’s attendance at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must also be done 24 hours in advance.
If a session is not confirmed or rescheduled in time, it will be marked as a "no-show." Unfortunately, no-shows take valuable time away from other families and our teachers. They can no longer be rescheduled.
