    Compensation Plan

    For Professional Offline and/or Online Marketers

    All Homeschool-Teachers.com student plan referrals from day 1, accumulated over time, will yield the following for the referrer/marketer -- on top of the $100 (Genius Plan) or $200 (Whiz Plan) one-time referral fees:

    * 10+ student plans referred (cumulative): a one-time performance bonus of $1,000 for maintaining more than 10 active student plans referred for 3 consecutive months (paid on Month 4)

    * 50+ student plans referred (cumulative): a one-time performance bonus of $5,000 for maintaining more than 50 active student plans referred for 3 consecutive months (paid on Month 4)

    * 100+ student plans referred (cumulative): $5/mo. recurring income (min. recurring income = $500/mo.) PLUS a one-time performance bonus of $10,000 (paid on Month 4)

    * 500+ student plans referred (cumulative): $5/mo. recurring income (min. recurring income = $2,500/mo.) PLUS a one-time performance bonus of $25,000 (paid on Month 4)

    * Reaching the "500+ Level" unlocks the "Advanced Levels" of our Compensation Plan. *
